Frontline Leadership for Law Enforcement
From FBI LEEDA to individual state POST leadership trainings and seminars, many of these are geared towards ranking positions from Sergeant's to Command Staff.
This training is intended to reach those who are on the front lines of patrol, to those who do not hold a ranking position. Developing a personal frontline leadership approach to everyday situations, to planning for promotional opportunities in the future, this grassroots "Game Plan 4 Success" training brings principles right to your departments training room, thus reducing costs associated with sending your officers out of town allowing the department to mentor and train every person in attendance.
Chief Jessup's experience in law enforcement at the executive level, teaching at the college level in executive leadership development for law enforcement personnel, and his development of the "Game Plan 4 Success" series, will challenge every person in attendance to pursue excellence and not accept the normal.

- Why is the Team so important: Discovering you can't go it alone, who is your mentor and who are you mentoring.
- What is in your "Leadership Library".....how are you growing and measuring your goals/progress.
